How simple daily habit can change our life.

Our mind is everything ,what we see feel listen, everything’s stores in our mind.

We get panic or disturb or little anxious or hurry only because of we don’t have control on our mind and want to respond or do the things in first.

So at first whenever we gate in any situation we need to be get paused and ask yourself, should I respond to this and how I should.

To have a calm mind we need to follow and practice simple process or habits regularly which bring calmness and clarity within us.

  1. Practice daily meditation for 15minutes.
  2. Walking with the nature for 15minutes.
  3. Exercise daily for 15minutes.
  4. Read at least 4pages in a day -Self help book,will suggest start from The power of positivity.
  5. Prefer veg foods rather than non veg.
  6. Daily when you wake up and while going to bed at night, be thankful what you have and choose affirmation what you like and tell yourself or you can write daily.

Practice above simple steps for 3months ,you will find change within you.You will value yourself. And a change within you will give you clarity slowly what you need to do and what you will become.

Change your habit ……Change your life.
